On March 28, 2012, my son was born, marking the beginning of a journey...
...filled with connections.These connections extend not only between him and me, but also within myself. Over the past 11 years, I have learnt the significance of aligning and connecting with myself in order to live life to the fullest. Throughout life, numerous opportunities arise to establish this deep-rooted connection with oneself. Among them, parenthood is the one that impacted me the most.
I hold the conviction that every parent, every individual possesses the ability and the need to (re)-establish a profound connection with oneself.

This is what I am here to offer you: a coaching experience that guides you in (re)-establishing and aligning with yourself, as well as with others. To accomplish this, I will draw upon my expertise as a coach, along with my 18 years of experience as a seasoned HR professional and my life journey.

A little about Me
Born and raised in Brussels, I decided at the age of 18 years old to become an exchange student in the USA for a year. This opportunity allowed me to explore and understand a new reality, gaining a fresh perspective on life.
Following this transformative experience, I continued my journey of exploration through studies in various countries, including Spain, France, and Australia.
With a master’s degree in international political science and an MBA specializing in Human Resources, I embarked on my career as an HR professional.

Reach Out
You feel energize to embark on a coaching journey. The first step is as simple as reaching out to me either via email or phone to schedule that initial conversation. This is the first steps towards the change that you aspire to.

Chemistry Session
A chemistry session serves as an initial meeting between you and me, during which we will determine if we are a mutually good fit to work together. During this session, you will be invited to share your objectives, aspirations, needs, and challenges. I will also discuss my coaching approach, expertise, and address any logistical concerns. The chemistry session typically lasts 45-60 minutes and is free of charge.

Schedule first Session
Once you have confirmed your interest in starting your coaching journey, we will agree on a first session date and proceed to sign our coaching contract. The frequency and duration will depend on your goals. During these session, you will explore your progress, overcome your own barriers and refine your strategies for success.
